We had a great time here. Was nice to have a well stocked kitchen for cooking when we didn't eat out. View was amazing and beach was very lovely. Sargassum was a pain but the care taker raked it daily. Pools was excellent with our boys using it multiple times a day.

There were 7 of us who stayed in the house. The layout allowed us to have time together for eating, visiting, and hanging out, but then have the privacy of 4 bedrooms. The bedrooms upstairs were all an excellent size. The spiral stairs going up to them were a little precarious. We had two tall people who had to duck when coming down. The futon in the bedroom for one person did not stay flat, so it was not the most comfortable place to sleep. The windows facing the ocean were unbelievable and the beach was beautiful. On the 3rd day, the sargassum did move in, so it was so nice to have the pool available to cool off in while still enjoying the beach. The beach had large shade trees so you could sit outside but stay out of the sun. The full-size laundry was very helpful, and the full kitchen was well-stocked. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to the Public grocery store which had lots of selection. We were able to walk to 3 different restaurants right from the house, which was nice. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The air conditioning worked well and kept the whole room cool. We would definitely stay here again!

House was very clean upon arrival. Multiple A/C units kept house and bedrooms cool. Kitchen has all normal appliances you would expect. Rooftop deck with hammock. View is great. Ocean is your backyard along with private pool. Area seemed very safe. Driveway for parking. Town with grocery store is a 15 min drive. Smaller stores closer. I ate every morning across the street at ‘RISE’ bagel breakfast sandwich 6. Hotels (small boutique kind) next door and all along the road with great food. Mickeys was our Fave, the green parrot next door has cool bar but food is awful. Host very responsive. All bedrooms are upstairs via a narrow spiral staircase, so if u have mobility issues it could be a problem, 20 steps and no way can u get a large suitcase up there lol. The size u can store above your seat in an airplane would fit going up the spiral tho. Pool was cleaned daily by maintenance. Washing machine doesn’t fully wash soap out of clothes so it’s good to run it with soap and then when finished, wash again w/o to get all soap out. There is a secure small safe. Great stay, myself and 3 friends. Crocodile sanctuary/rescue tour was fantastic. Snorkel tour great too. Bring bug spray, sand fleas can bite your legs up pretty good, it’s a Belize problem from what I read.

Overall our rental was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking, fishing and snorkeling. Karl the groundskeeper is attentive and goes above and beyond. For example, my husband asked about the coconuts lying around the property. Something as simple as “ do these coconuts have water inside the shell. After our hike, Karl had prepared two coconuts for us on the counter. We got to taste the coconut water and eat the coconut without having to crack them open ourselves. The entire experience was amazing.
