GreenRoadTokyoHouse Eco Family friendly residence

The location is in a relaxing residential area 25 mins train ride to city center. Under the Japanese Residential Accommodation Act, me, your host lives on-site as the manager. Besides me, no one else shares the property—it’s exclusively for you and your party. Please feel free to message me with any questions; I offer a complimentary guided tour in Tokyo metro, babysitting options, and bicycle rentals to help you enjoy a smooth, local-style Tokyo experience.
The space
Welcome to your eco-conscious, family-ready Tokyo home – perfect for up to 4 guests (2 adults + 2–3 children). This spacious private unit features:

Wide entrance and wooden deck (great for coffee or smoking)

Private lock and secure entry for peace of mind

The host (that’s me!) lives in a separate space in the same building but does not share any common areas with guests.

During your stay You are invited for a day-tour around Tokyo metro area .

During your stay
I am open to support you at any time during your stay. I used to be a tour guide.
Other things to note
It’s a non smoking house. Smoking permitted on the wooden deck outside the house.
I am also into organic and mindful mindset so I am a bit sensitive in this aspect. I also ask my guests to take off your shoes and use house slippers.
Modern Japanese toilets are equipped with sit warmers , bidet and remote control.
During your stay I have baby sitting service provided for a fee. Also airport transfers are available as well as guided tours around Tokyo and surrounding areas. Feel free to inquiry.

The location for our stay was very good. This is not a hotel, it is a private residence with the feel of a house rental, owner was over the top accommodating, speaking English and Japanese + other languages, this property is a work in progress as the owner is making many improvements, right now the property is very basic in terms of amenities, mattress' very very stiff, and bedding was clean but dated, our unit had a washer and dryer all in one unit, no ironing board and a useless iron, lighting was poor and no exhaust fans or ceiling fans, kitchen did not have a new Mr. coffee style drip unit :-( or a way to heat food other than a microwave that did not have a rotating carousel inside it, small fridge, no TV, or WIFI, good HVAC wall mounted unit with remote... we had the second floor for the first night then asked to be moved to the first floor unit. Second floor was very large and better suited for a family of three or more, the location was very convenient to dining and shopping. No free parking, We did not have a car, we walked everywhere: train, Busses, So overall we were very pleased with our stay, location, and reasonably priced. very good communication with the on sight owner, for us better than a hotel or hostel - Will recommend to others

From 2008 I am permanently residing in Tokyo , musician by profession, hosting music classes at my music studio located at first floor of the property. My 3 boys born in Japan living separately with their mother near by .
