Property had cockroaches in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. No toilet paper or trash bags were provided. Couch was covered with chip crumbs and visible dust/dirt. The bedroom bedspread had burns on the comforter. We vacated this property the night we showed up and got a hotel room and notified the property manager. He was unapologetic and still charged us the full amount for both nights.

Disappointing

We chose this 1 bedroom to live inbetween selling our old home and waiting for the new home to close. The location was inportant to be close to family and the new house.The price was excellent, but the ammendities were very poor. Towels were cheap, thin and no bathmat. There was no soap to wash dishes, no tissues, no toilet paper, no paper towels. There were tiny ants coming through the kitchen window. Internet was minimal and very slow to watch TV. Overall, the apartment sufficed for our needs and left us thrilled to get into our new home.

The property had multiple issues and the host was mostly unresponsive. There was no hot water and he didn’t respond to our request to have it addressed. There were no hangers in the closet and again he didn’t respond. There was no soap in the bathroom and he suggested we buy our own. There were bugs in the kitchen and bedroom. The TV didn’t work. We had stayed there once before and the conditions weren’t ideal but the location was perfect for us so we decided to try it again. It was such a bad experience that we will never go there again.
