E1 Lovely High Floor, Spacious Studios, Sea and Beach Views
Located in Gibraltar, this fabulous studio is a dream. With a cozy bedroom featuring a comfortable king bed, a modern bathroom with a refreshing shower, and convenient amenities like WiFi and AC, guests will feel right at home. Whether you're exploring the city or relaxing after a day of sightseeing, our enchanting studio is the perfect retreat. We think our place will help you experience everything Gibraltar has to offer.
Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Perfect for relaxing and also for working. This studio is about 20 minutes walk from the airport, 20 minutes walk to main street and about 15 minutes walk to Ocean village. The beach is a few minutes walk away. The flat is located on a high floor with great views of the beach and sea. There is a lovely Freska restaurant downstairs and a spa and gym in the basement (not free).
The studio is ideally suited for self-catering for the short-term and longer-term stays as it is equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, wardrobe, large TV, large fridge-freezer, fast internet and a great place to work too as it is quiet and peaceful.
If you are fortunate to book Friday to Sunday, there is free parking from 3.30pm to Sunday midnight at the MOT Test Centre between E1 and the beach (just behind the small roundabout). Otherwise you will need speak to concierge about paid parking with E1 during the weekdays.
There are many studios in E1, but this should be one of the better ones as it is on a high floor (away from the busy road) and the studios also face the beach and sea. One guest who has stayed in my studio and a different studio in August 2025 commented that she preferred mine due to the higher floor and the views.

Gibraltar Time Tunnel and Military Heritage Centre and Great Siege Tunnels are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Gibraltar War Memorial and Cathedral of the Holy Trinity. King's Bastion - Bowling and Gibraltar Botanic Gardens are also worth visiting. Swimming offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

I was born in the UK. I have these two spacius E1 studios next door to each other ideal for guests to come and stay here due to its convenient location (and even to rent out long term). I hope I can offer a personal touch (even if remotely). I have been renting properties for over 20 years but wanted to also add in short lets for the properties in Gibraltar. I am also a Superhost on Airbnb with a current rating of 5 out of 5
Why they chose this property
Is a great location, close to the beach, sea, great views of the beach and sea, its close to the airport, Ocean Village, Main Street, supermarkets, shops.
What makes this property unique
Great views of Sea and Beach, High Floor (so fairly quiet), close to everything within 20-25 minutes walk. It is also on a high floor so is away from the noise of the main road and traffic. You can also walk round Gibraltar from here along the east coast if you are happy to go through the "death tunnel". Also we have a nice Freska restaurant downstairs for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks between 8am and 10pm daily. We do have a Spa and gym and swimming pool in the basement but guests need to pay for this. There is also a gym across the road and to the right by the corner too.
