Our home is a very comfortable split foyer home. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. It has an HD washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a gas grill on the deck, and it has a small backyard for you to relax in with a fire pit. There is a 47" LCD TV downstairs with Spectrum cable and high-speed internet. All linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes and silverware are included. We are sure that your stay will be comfortable!

Our stay was wonderful! We were in Owatonna for a family wedding. The house is immaculately clean--which I truly appreciate--and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. It was so nice to be able to sit down to breakfast with our children and 2 grandchildren instead of being at a crowded "hotel" breakfast. I highly recommend this property!!

Our adult children, my husband and I gathered from three different states just before the holiday season. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We really appreciate people sharing their homes. It is such a nice way to gather with family (when our places are a bit too small!). We will look you up again when returning to Owatonna!

We’re so incredibly grateful to have found this home and these wonderful hosts during a stressful transition period in our lives. We needed a comfortable place to stay while searching for a permanent home, and they truly made the process so much easier. From the very first interaction, they were kind, responsive and extremely easy to work with. Communication was always clear and prompt and they went out of their way to be flexible and accommodating whenever we had questions or needed anything. The home itself was exactly what we needed - clean, comfortable and thoughtfully set up for any length of stay. It genuinely felt like a home away from home, which meant so much to us during this in-between phase. We can’t recommend Mike and Jodie enough! This is our first experience with a vacation rental home through VRBO. The reservation process was easy and accurate. The home offered all of the comforts of home. It is well maintained, beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. The owners were friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Minnesota was fantastic. The house was beautiful and Mike and his wife were great and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting southern Minnesota.

Wonderful well-equipped home.

This is a wonderful, well-equipped home in a quiet neighborhood. Owatonna is a small city with much to offer visitors. It is, also, a little less than a one hour's drive to Minneapolis-St. Paul with all that the twin cities have to offer. The house provided excellent accommodations for our extended family group of eight adults. Michael responded immediately to the need to replace a battery in a beeping smoke alarm. We needed nothing more. If we come back to this area, we will certainly stay at this property again if we can.
