This peaceful waterfront cabin sits between the Mauricie and Portneuf regions of Quebec and offers a private hot tub, cozy interiors, and direct access to the Batiscan River — perfect for couples, families, or friends seeking a relaxing nature getaway.

The open-concept living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room with a pellet stove. A cathedral ceiling and spiral staircase lead to the mezzanine with two double beds. The main-floor bedroom features a Queen bed, and a sofa bed adds extra sleeping space. The full bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, washer, and dryer.

Outside

Enjoy a private hot tub with river views, a seasonal BBQ, a furnished terrace, and a firepit with Adirondack chairs. The property provides direct access to the river for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding — two kayaks and a paddleboard are included.
