Very nice unit , great view, everything we needed to have a good time. The unit is in a great complex with all that is needed ; pool, tennis and in an area with beautiful scenery. Well decorated and TVs in every bedroom as well as porch . Very comfortable with ample seating . There are stairs to get to the unit. Large screened in 3 season porch with electric grill.

We normally rent a house for 7 days. This was a cheaper option. It was a nice facility. I would return next year if a similar unit was available directly across from the docks. The clean up service could have done a better job vacuuming. Floor if one bedroom room covered in human hair. A few dead bugs in the other bed room.

The condo was great, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a nice screened in deck, very clean, nice decor & equipped with all of our bath & kitchen necessities! Very relaxing & roomy!We did have trouble accessing the condo for one day, as the door key code wasn't working, and arrived to find the parking lot was being repaved, and therefore had to park at another building, making it inconvenient to unload. However, the condo owner was very eager to help, and assisted in a timely manner, & managed to make our stay wonderful! Would stay again, & recommend!

Great time!

We had a great time staying here! We had a fantastic weather so we did not utilize any of the clubhouse amenities but, we thought they would be fantastic if it rained. One of the things that wasn't mentioned, but was a fantastic surprise, was that there was a boat ramp right by place we stayed. We were able to drop the boat right in and had a slip for the boat. There was eight of us and we had plenty of room! Highly recommended!
