Prospect Heights holiday lettings

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rebecca's home, it was truly a home away from home. The house had plenty of space for our large family and the garden was an added bonus! The house was in a great location, and was very convenient to get to Manhattan with subway stations within close walking distance. There were lovely restaurants and bars within 5 minutes from the house and we enjoyed checking out Rebecca's recommendations. We would definitely love to stay here when we are next in NYC!

We had a lovely stay here in October 2019 for a week. The area is quiet and well provided with grocery stores, bars & cafes. The subway links to all areas of Manhattan are excellent and it isn't too far from JFK airport. We had a few reservations - the apartment is a bit gloomy and looks like it could do with a refresh in some areas and there were problems with the AC, but overall it was a very nice stay.

The property was easy to locate and the owner communicated and met us as planned. AC was on when we arrived. Beautifully clean. Well equipped kitchen & pleasant bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Generally a very quiet area with lots to see/do/places to eat & shop. Easy to access the underground system into NYC. We would be happy to return to this property in the future.

We have just retuned from a weeks stay in this fabulous apartment. The neighborhood is typically Brooklyn and hosts an abundance of local shops, bars and restaurants. It lived up to all our expectations and more more and more. This neighborhood has changed dramatically and is very up and coming. The leafy suburbs are charmingly presented and very friendly and completely comfortable and safe. Don’t be afraid to explore it, it’s absolutely the only way to enjoy all it has to offer. It’s charming, it’s Brooklyn it’s genuinely quaint, it’s homely it’s authentic it’s wonderful. The city is very easily accessible via G and A,C trains and an absolute breeze from JFK. This is a complete winner for me as an Ex resident and seasoned NY visitor. Thanks Elito, an excellent experience. See you again for sure very soon.

We have recently returned from a 12 night Christmas and New year holiday in this lovely apartment. The apartment was very clean and homely and had everything you could need for a stay. The location was perfect..opposite the 7th ave subway and a 15/20 min journey to Manhatten. We looked forward to returning after a long day sightseeing and getting in to the very comfy bed. We spent a lot of time exploring the local neighbourhood Park Slope. Treelined streets with Brownstone houses. The bars and restaurants on 5th avenue were all very good and the locals very friendly. So much choice and much better value than Manhattan and the tourist traps! We never got to meet Sonja but she was the perfect host and kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and explore Brooklyn further. Loved every minute.
