*** Also on the property is a smaller guest cabin, The Blackhawk Nest, optionally available to rent with the main cabin. It sleeps up to 5 and is spaced far enough to ensure privacy, but close enough for group gatherings. You can rent both the Cabin and The Nest together if you want to have the entire property to yourself! The Cabin and the Nest each have their own firepit areas and are distanced for privacy and seclusion, as well. Renting both, if available, you automatically get a 10% discount off the nightly rate.
The roads to the Cabin and the Nest are gravel, so please drive slowly. The road and the cabin are plowed in the winter, but we always recommend (though not necessary) a 4wd vehicle.

Of course, the grandeur of Yellowstone is never far, only a 40 minute drive to the North Entrance in Gardiner, offering countless opportunities for hiking, wildlife viewing, and exploration of the planets largest concentration of geothermal wonders.

This cabin is very spacious, and well equipped. It is in a very beautiful setting, with wonderful Mountain View’s. Access to Yellowstone River is near. Yellowstone park is less than hour away. Livingston restaurants less than 30 minutes away.
We stayed with a toddler and the house has everything we possibly could need. We slept like on clouds on the comfy beds and spend the days outside in the generous yard. But the best about the house are the views and and the quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We are so thrilled that you enjoyed our home and property! We hope that you visit us again anytime
We had a wonderful stay in the Cabin. Everything was as detailed in the listing and very clean and cozy. We greatly appreciated the bear spray we found in the Cabin (so we didn't have to make a purchase before going into YNP) and the cooler we found in the closet. We especially enjoyed the rural location where we could clearly see the Milkway Galaxy at night. Very close to YNP and Livingston where we could enjoy dinner every night. We will be back!

We are thrilled that you enjoyed our cabin!! Please come back and visit us again anytime
My husband and I booked this property as part of our honeymoon road trip. The property was clean, the kitchen was stocked, and the views were incredible. A few warnings before you book the property:- It is a 3.5 mile drive on a dirt road full of potholes. I highly recommend a vehicle with clearance in order to get to the property. - The fireplace is NOT able to be used. We were looking forward to that, so just want to make everyone else aware! - The wind here is CRAZY, so be prepared for that. It is highly unlikely you will be able to have a fire outside. - The half bath is in the closet of one of the bedrooms. But overall, a great property as long as those things don't bother you!
