On the first level, you'll find a lovely King bedroom and second bright, beachy bedroom with a queen bed. Completing this floor is a full bathroom and a laundry room.
Of course, this is all about the beach !! Our property has a private access to the beach (no streets to cross). Walk approx 100 ft. and your toes are in the sand!!!!!! You can lay in the sun, swim in the surf, and walk for miles.
This beautiful, updated town home (new ceramic floor and living room furniture) is located just minutes from shopping and restaurants in the heart of Surf City. You can take a leisurely walk to the Surf City Pier and have lunch at one of the local restaurants featuring outdoor patios.
