There is nothing in the world that can take away the stress of everyday life like a little 'Beach Therapy' on Topsail Island! Here at our attractively furnished townhome, you can gaze over the great beach views and enjoy easy beach access. You will have all you need for a relaxing and refreshing beach vacation.
Picture yourself on the ocean side sun deck on the top floor. The gorgeous views of the ocean are unobstructed to the south so take it all in and enjoy! The comfortable Adirondack “high” chairs offer an amazing ocean overlook for spotting dolphins and pelicans while having your morning coffee, or afternoon cocktail.
Head inside to the living room for movie nights on the large flat screen TV. A well-stocked kitchen, dining area for all 4 guests, and 1/2 bathroom are also on this upper level.
On the first level, you'll find a lovely King bedroom and second bright, beachy bedroom with a queen bed. Completing this floor is a full bathroom and a laundry room.
Of course, this is all about the beach !! Our property has a private access to the beach (no streets to cross). Walk approx 100 ft. and your toes are in the sand!!!!!! You can lay in the sun, swim in the surf, and walk for miles.
This beautiful, updated town home (new ceramic floor and living room furniture) is located just minutes from shopping and restaurants in the heart of Surf City. You can take a leisurely walk to the Surf City Pier and have lunch at one of the local restaurants featuring outdoor patios.
Amenities include central air/heat, 2 TVs, internet access, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, sundeck with deck furniture and easy beach access. Please note
YOU MUST BRING LINENS AND TOWELS or there are various businesses that rent them.

Great location for this two story beach house. Just steps to the beach and within walking distance to shops and dining. Very well stocked, comfortable, and quiet. Make sure to review what is NOT included like linens, towels, and hair dryer so you can prepare. Very handy to have a washer and dryer for towels and swimsuits.

Perfect place for a family of 4. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat and the pier and restaurants are within walking distance. Everything was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Chantal and I relocated to North Carolina a few years back. We both love the beach, and hope/plan to retire here. In the meantime, this townhome offers the best of both worlds. We can live close by and continue working towards retirement, while investing and enjoying a place on the ocean.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to buy a beach house, so when we happened on this property back in July 2011, we fell in love with it, and bought it on the spot. The location is really supurb. Surf City is a small town (1 stoplight) on beautiful Topsail Island. Our favourite thing to do is take a walk towards the pier to have lunch at Daddy Mac’s or Buddy’s. We love to come here, even for a couple of days, and we think you will love it too.

What makes this property unique

The best features of this townhome are the great ocean views and the proximity to the beach. We take great pride in providing our renters with a cozy, clean and comfortable vacation destination
