My biggest issue is false property description. It says it can sleep 6 people but has only 2 beds in two bedrooms. No roll away bed or sofa bed. So I am not sure where they expect 2 more people to sleep. Property owner should not be allowed to do that. They should be fined for false description. Communication was bad too. I immediately asked above question about claim that property can sleep 6 people but never got reply for it from owner. The wi-fi never worked during entire stay. The wi-fi node mentioned in text communication never showed up in listing when we tried to join. I would not recommend to rent this property.

Excellent place to stay.Needs more towels, we had one per person. Check TV remote controls. Needs more plates, bowls, etc.Overall was very clean, good location, plenty of room, and easy to get in and out. Would stay here again.

The property is on the second floor with no elevator access for those traveling who are elderly or otherwise unable to navigate stairs! This is not disclosed. Had to book another hotel room to accommodate. Also the couch is NOT a pull out. So that takes that sleeping space away. The “queen” bed looked to be a Full, though we didn't end up having two people sleep in it because of the additional hotel room we had to book. When inquiring regarding an elevator the host was very unapologetic. Just stated there was not one. After check out we noticed an unexpected charge, I inquired what it was for and NEVER received a response, though the charge was credited days later?! Incredibly unprofessional. I’ve never dealt with a VRBO host that wouldn’t respond to a simple question, or dealt with a listing that was so misrepresented.
