The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and a hairdryer for your convenience. take a stroll down the steps to the lake to fish off the rock ledge. enjoy a campfire in the firepit on the hillside patio. The boat ramp and marina are 1 mile from the house. plenty of parking if you a boat. Enjoy Grand lake Casino in a 1 mile drive, DG close by and convenient store. take a drive into the town of Grove Oklahoma with all your shopping amenities within a 12 minute drive and tons of restaurants nearby. Birthday Party

Has great view and lots of space for 40 people at a 2 year old birthday party. And the owner is very helpful making sure we have everything we need for our guest attending to the party. We'll be back again next year.

The location is beautiful - the view from the deck and the patio are wonderful!We ate outside for every meal. They have multiple spots to relax outside. We sat by the fire pit one night and stargazed. The hot tub is wonderful any time of the day! I would recommend to anyone!

The cabin was 3 stars, due to spider webs in every nook and cranny inside, and multiple spiders living in some of the webs. This was our time staying in a barn conversion and I was expecting rustic, but not bugs. It’s understandable, considering you could see daylight under the barn doors. So just giving others a heads up that if you’re afraid of spiders, you don’t want to stay here. The lake view is so beautiful that I would give it five stars. Absolutely gorgeous view, brand new patio for watching the sun set or boats cruise by. Quiet location, away from town. Driveway is across from an rv park. Property has multiple travel trailers and small homes built on it, next to the cabin, so it feels more like a campground than a cabin.

Quiet neighborhood property over looks the lake and is so beautiful day or night with all the lights around the lake. Great place to watch the fireworks and enjoy watching boaters have a blast. There are neighbors but it is peaceful
