The rental unit is part of a larger home that includes the Owner’s Unit — a private section consisting of the Owner’s Suite (bedroom and bath), laundry room, and garage. The Owner’s Unit is physically connected but completely private and separate, with no shared living spaces. Each unit has its own private entrance to ensure full privacy.

You'll have private access to the main house except for two locked supply closets and the Owner's Unit located at the far east end of the property off of the kitchen. You will have private use of the entire unit including the kitchen, living areas, backyard, and pool. The laundry room is not accessible with this listing, but there’s a convenient laundromat just a few minutes away.

Please note: The owner’s unit has a bedroom window near the back patio, so we kindly ask that quiet hours (after 10pm) be respected while enjoying the outdoor spaces.

You’re welcome to use the front circle driveway or park along the street. Please keep the side driveway (leading to the garage and Owner’s Unit) clear.

The unit sits on nearly half an acre with mature shade trees, offering a quiet and private outdoor space. The yard provides plenty of room to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

– Jack-and-Jill Rooms: Located across the hall from the master and overlooking the pool, one room offers a Full bed with 100% cotton sateen sheets and the other a Twin with decorative sheets. These rooms share a spacious bathroom with dual sinks and a bathtub.
