Casa Carlotta: Tropical villa with pool close to the beach Las Terrenas
Comfortable villa with pool and extra bungalow where a family or group of 8 guests (and 2 kids) can sleep comfortable.
Nice pool in a spacious tropical garden, sundeck and covered terraces for our caribbean sun.
All bedrooms and salon AC.
The kitchen is fully equipped and washer/dryer to be used by the maid only.
Walking 500 meters = 1640 Ft from fishermen’s village, beaches and also very close to center town.
3 comfortable bedrooms with AC and each its own bathroom inside the villa and in the tropical garden a separate bungalow (also with AC) with on the groundfloor a small kitchenette, bathroom and salon. The salon sofa has 2 places to sleep, more for kids. The bedroom of the bungalow is on the second floor, with queen bed. Open floorplan. With private terrace.
electricity of AC's is calculated separately at 15 pesos per kwh use. Average of 5-8 usd per night. The end price from the electricity totally depends on the use of the AC's.
Parking for maximum 2 cars.
