Sandy bottom gradual slope beach on one of the cleanest lakes in Minnesota. Large lake frontage and huge lot for parking and fun. We have several lake toys including kayaks, paddle boards. Large dock for your boat and possible pontoon rental.
Modern 3 bedroom, 3 bath home that is licensed for 6 people... but, will support more people. It includes a well equipped kitchen with lots of space for dining and lounging. High speed internet, games and books for your enjoyment. Many lakes, parks, golf courses in the area with convenient access to restaurants and shopping.

We live in the Twin Cities and love to share this wonderful place with other families. This home was built by my grandfather in 1965 and we are continually updating the property... to make it comfortable for year-around guests, as well as our own family.
Why they chose this property
Whatever the season, this is a great place to stay. The summer months are the highest demand with the lake front that is the best on the entire 6,000 acre West Battle Lake. During other seasons... there are great parks close by to enjoy. Spring and fall are full of wildlife and places to explore. You can snow-shoe, snowmobile and ice-fish in the winter and warm up to the large 2-sided fireplace. The home is well equipped for all seasons.
What makes this property unique
This home was the largest and most modern on the lake when it was built in 1965. The property includes over 4 acres of beach, yard and woods... more space than any others in the area. We even have 30A connections for campers. In Minnesota, the north shores are always the most desirable, and this will not disappoint you.
