Summary:
Spend some time on the water, and still be able to take the train to Cambridge/Boston. Easy lawn-to-lake half acre, mid-century modern home with updated kitchen. Beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces throughout. Private beach and dock. Lounge, fish, or just get yourself out of the city. Excellent wifi and internet if you have to work.

The Space:
You will receive an access code before arrival.

Guest Access:
Spacious private driveway with ample parking, plus garage with an enclosed parking spot. Additional enclosed space for bikes and scooters.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet residential dead-end street.

Getting Around:
A few miles off MA Route 2, and 3.5 miles to commuter rail Fitchburg line MBTA train to Wachusett, Devens, Concord, Waltham, Cambridge, Boston. Farms all round.

Other Things to Note:
AC and heat are included. Washer/dryer off kitchen. Gas Weber grill. Rowboat with life jackets. Fishing pole and tackle box. Solo stove firepit and adirondack chairs.
