This fully remodeled 3 bedroom condo is PERFECT way to fight off the Covid Blues... For you Pandemic People that just need to get away -- Ask your therapist about FLEXCATION -- this does a Mom, Dad, and Family good. Still Perfect for a family get away. With renovation just completed (in 2019) -- we are again opening this gem up for summer rentals. So this has become yet again -- a lurid “pandemic paradise” this year. What a crazy world we live in now! This place will get u away from all the reality’s and hopefully energize everyone and maybe even be your 'new normal'.... Your fully renovated condo offers all the amenities of our other incredible condo with just a little more space. Mom and Dad can stretch out on a NEW King Bed with their very own Master Bath... While the second bedroom has 2 Queens for a comfortable night to recharge, the 3rd bedroom has plenty of space for the kids... A brand new full day bed w/ twin bunk await the kids. You will not lose a day in transit!! Chicago -- 2 hours. Cincinnati - 3 Hours, St Louis -- 5 Hours... A quick trip to the Greatest Lake will be the highlight of your summer activities. Great location

The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach and pool were wonderful. It was close to Saint Joseph where we spent a day shopping. The only thing that we would change is to have more privacy on the patio.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a great weekend in Coloma! This home was well appointed with a great layout for a group, the kids and adults loved the beautiful beach and the pool, and communication with the property manager was seamless. A 10/10 vacation, thank you!

Nice property with just a couple quirks

The location was nice with access to a pool - which was well maintained and heated. The pool is large - just shallow (3-5ft) for anyone that enjoys jumping in a deeper end. But refreshing. The lake is just a few hundred feet away and has a nice beach. The golf cart is a must to navigate the hill to the beach if you plan to carry anything there. The house could use.a bit of "spring cleaning" in a few spots - but mostly clean. The quirky things to us were having to empty a couple of de-humidifiers every few hours. One had a leak and had to be unplugged during our stay. Another were some interesting smells - a bit musty - probably due to the dampness, the septic would also leach out a bit of nastiness every now and then and a corner neighbor enjoyed their weed. So those were the interesting smells. But all in all a good location, nice beach and good pool.

Lake Michigan Getaway

Pictures a bit deceiving as we expected to be right on Lake Michigan. However, the golf cart and beach accessories provided by gist made it very convenient and enjoyable. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Lake Michigan beach experience was unforgettable!

Having a place up here the last 10 years and truly enjoying the rental part of our little lake house only made me want to do more. when this unit came up for sale, it was an easy choice to go for it, do the extensive remodel and utilize the beauty of Lake Michigan and this incredible beach to share a little piece of paradise with others. Having two young boys (3 and 7) this area is their home away from home. A quick day trip or a long weekend lights up their little lives and hearing back from so many how much they enjoyed their trip is really rewarding. It's a great experience on both sides. This place is incredible from what it was -- so, as I always say -- come spend another day in paradise with us this summer!! Hurry, this won't last!!

Unique, Cozy, and Adaptable -- whether it is a romantic getaway for 2 or a family trip for 8, quarantine your healthy self here this summer for a week or two -- not too big and def not too small. check out other rates -- for what you get here, you will not find a better deal anywhere else!! Not even close. Come see for yourself!!

This is the Condo that fits the bill for awesomeness.. We went the extra mile to make sure comfort was indeed included with your stay. You and the kids need a great place to recharge! You won't be disappointed.. Garden entry -- and oh yeah, right be the HEATED POOL. Well from June - September anyway. Too much too list!! The only Corona related item will be in the 12 ounce liquid form watching the Sunsets... with lime of course.. Come as you are -- do NOT risk an airport or any crazy busy germ infested place.. Chill, eat, drink and stay healthy with us this summer!! :)
