Yes the host was welcoming however, I was somewhat disappointed with the room, water stained ceiling and elevator was never mopped during the 2 days as evidenced by the same spill marks from Friday during check out Sunday
We enjoyed our stay. The room had all the essentials we needed and the check-in / check-out was a breeze. VERY friendly staff. Loved the walking trails right behind the facility. The pups did too! Restaurants were close by - within a block away.
The first room we got had several problems, we told the person at the desk and they immediately gave us another room that was what we expected, the staff was helpful and friendly, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

The front desk staff were amazing. The property feels like an extended stay. We did not get this impression from the online ad. It was a bit disappointing , The first room we were in smelled of weed and later cigarette smoke. We asked the front desk to change rooms and they were extremely accommodating and kind. They went above and beyond to help us.
It was very nice. William was so nice! I looked forward to seeing him! The only thing I would have liked to do,would have been to bathe in a tub of water - but the stopper would not work. Other than that, it was great! It was Quiet, it was cool. It was just what we needed.
Check in & out were easy, location was easy to find in a nice area. The kitchenette with full fridge was a blessing. The ac unit did allow us to adjust temperature. The hall rugs had LOTS of stains on them from dragging garbage. The halls stunk of musty garlic. People were smoking cigarettes & Marijuana in their rooms & staff did address the strong smell concern. We will not stay there again.

Good place fo the value
We had to leave a day early. Checked out on 6/19/25. The desk clerk said she would have tge manager contact me. But i nevee got a call. I would like a refund for one day.
Overall the check in and out process was very quick and easy. The downside to this property was the cleanliness and the smoking policy. When we first got to our room there were hairs and crumbs in the bed along with broken lights. They were able to get us a new room with fresh sheets once we asked. the other side of this was that this is a no smoking facility and the hallways and stairwells smelt of smoke. Very kind people who work there and were very accommodating, just think the overall cleanliness could use some work.
This VRBO is basically a 30% poorly remodel of a hotel room. The picture of “the kitchen“ is nothing but a couple stands of food, junk food. When I went to check out, he said you’re all done. You paid through a third-party VRBO. I wonder if I could’ve walked right in and checked into one of the rooms and what the cost would be for a room run by “the hotel “that I stayed in would be. The carpet was not redone. You could tell it was old and musty.Because it was a king bed that slept two, there were two bowls, two small plates, two large plates, two coffee cups, two short rocks, glasses, two taller, water glasses,, two forks, two spoons, two butter, knives, and full knife for cutting. It also included one pan with not a lid to fit, and looked like a small spaghetti pot. There were no spices or anything of that nature as you would normally find in a VRBO. They had salt and pepper only.Additionally this is not a full kitchen. There is a full fridge, a microwave, two burners, and no oven. Can you believe it? There was not one streaming channel. It was like 1985 where there was 12 channels, half for news, 30% sports, and 20% regular TV of 10 and 20 year-old reruns.Highly disappointed

The photos make it appear to be an Embassy Suites style of hotel and it is really long term living for people. It is older and run down. The internet did not work for a few days. We rented it for the kitchen and the stove did not work and was not fixed. After the first night we discovered that our bedding had never been changed. There was dirt on the duvet and even dried blood on the sheets. Of course we were able to get clean everything but was awful to find the next day. On the evening of day three we had to move our room to have a working stove. We would have changed hotels but the purchase was non refundable and we were there for a work trip. This may have been more our misunderstanding about what kind of place this was. End tables are rusty, carpets stained, windows breaking a part etc. Because it was in Brentwood we were surprised. It was quiet at night and we were thankful for that. There was a night where we came back to police and a domestic issue with a couple living there full time. I understand this could happen at any hotel but it just added to the list of things.
Overall everything was great! Only thing that was a little off putting was feeling rushed out in the morning. I’ve never been at a place where they start going around knocking on doors before check out time
