Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood gives you the quite feel of the locals, perfect for family, couples, or just friends getting together without all the hustle and bustle at the same time the closeness of all the downtown activities, restaurants, and sightseeing. It is a a few blocks to the famous Forsyth park where you can hop on a trolley to take you downtown, or close enough to walk if you prefer without having to pay for parking, even an Uber ride can get you there and back quick after a long day of walking and perusing.
What makes this property unique
We are unique because of the the location of our home which was built in 1900. The outside is painting with a vibrant Yellow and the inside features hardwood floors a high foundation, oversized windows and high ceilings. It comes with age but still has the comfort of the more modern amenities like AC, TV, and Wifi, and a Blackstone griddle out back which we are happy for you to utilize.
