Please note: Cottage 173 is an upper-level residence accessed by an exterior staircase from the parking area. The third bedroom is located in the loft and is accessed by a spiral staircase.

Welcome to Hidden Dunes Cottage 173, a beautifully updated two-story retreat where peaceful surroundings and comfortable coastal living come together for a relaxing beach getaway. Tucked among mature magnolias and overlooking a tranquil water feature, this inviting cottage offers a quiet escape while keeping you close to everything Miramar Beach has to offer.

Inside, bright and open living spaces make it easy for family and friends to spend time together. Thoughtful upgrades completed in 2026 include Tempur-Pedic mattresses, Pottery Barn living room furniture and tables, a new TV, an LG washer and dryer, and refreshed screened-porch furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new cookware and dishes, and an air fryer for added convenience.

One of the cottage’s favorite features is the furnished screened porch overlooking the peaceful fountain and beautifully landscaped grounds. It’s an inviting place to enjoy morning coffee, read a book, or unwind after a day at the beach.

Spacious bedrooms, renovated bathrooms with custom tile and walk-in showers, and comfortable furnishings throughout make Cottage 173 a welcoming home base for a family vacation or getaway with friends.

Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

3 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
