Why they chose this property

The house is on a corner lot within walking distance of downtown yet quiet enough so as not to hear the traffic from the highway. We love being in such a quiet neighborhood!

What makes this property unique

Our 95 year old bungalow has retained its charm of original woodwork, wood floors and built in buffet yet has updated bathrooms and other conveniences. We are constantly updating and have just added a backyard patio with a gas fire-pit for relaxing quiet evenings.
