Please return all pool/gate code passes to the hanging hooks in the hallway.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Only 1 car parking allowed. We need an email and a phone number and the number of guests staying to prepare your weekly parking pass.

4 house passes on entry hall to access pool and front gate. Please return all passes to entry hall. $25 fee for lost passes.

Quiet time from 10pm on. Please don't set the thermostat below 72 degrees.
