The diamond department is located within the Joyas del Mar complex where we offer a fully equipped accommodation for you to enjoy an incredible vacation.
It has a large space, all the comforts and pleasant decoration that creates an atmosphere of rest and relaxation with large windows that allow the view of the ocean from both floors.
Diamond 1 and 2: Second Floor. Occupancy is 8 people maximum 10 with extra cost (includes children):

TOP FLOOR

- Two bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has ONE King size bed, television and closet.
Bedroom 2 has TWO double beds, closet.
- A full bathroom
- Terrace with barbecue and sea view

LOW LEVEL

- Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, electric grill, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, casseroles, cutlery and all the basic kitchen utensils.
- Dining room with six chairs
- Complete bathroom
- Two Sofa bed and TV with Dish
- Wifi
- Blankets, pillows. sheets, towels, everything provided
- Each area is equipped with a / c Mini Split.
- It has two parking spaces, No additional cost.
- From here you can observe the beautiful sunsets.


It has a common area with palapa and pool on the first floor, on the second floor has a large terrace with grills and a beautiful view of the sea and pool.

There is a person in charge of the departments that can support you with cleaning service and laundry with additional cost.

The Joyas del Mar complex is located in a very quiet area surrounded by rental properties under a very similar concept. We have a privileged location as it is 200 meters from public palapas on the shore of the beach and 2 minutes by car from Bahía de Kino viejo where you can visit the tourist pier and find restaurants; If you are busy making purchases or refueling here is the place.
