Fabulous property! Location was perfect, parking was easy and readily available. Property was easy to find and self check in was a breeze. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time being disappointed with a VRBO rental. Stain on rug and couch, missing lightbulb in lamp, wrong toilet seat, no laundry as indicated in description, and kitchen?? , just microwave, coffee pot and small sink. Location was nice area in historic section, just note that you will enter property from an alley and there are steps to the rental property.

This place was perfect for a long weekend in Savannah. It was just what we needed for our getaway. It was pretty clean, couple stains on the couch from is probably wear and tear, the bathroom floor could have been swept a little better, but otherwise it was pristine. The only concern I had is in regards to check-in. The initial email I received when I booked the stay said that I would receive two emails, one prior to my stay, in addition to the one confirming my stay, plus one after 10 AM the day of check-in. The email said that the one prior to my stay would include check-in information. When I reached out to the host the morning of our check-in about the hoping to just drop our luggage in the apartment prior to check-in, I felt I was treated in a rude manner. They were more than happy to let me put my luggage there and told me I needed to enter through the lane. At this point, I didn’t have any directions about the check-in process (it wasn’t past 10 yet but I should have received another email) so I wasn’t sure what they meant, when I inquired about it, I was told to follow the directions and given a sassy response. Sure enough after 10 AM I got all of the check-in directions that I needed, and everything was smooth from there. I did reach out letting them know I was all set, but never heard back.
