Lovely 4-bedroom farmhouse in Little Compton. Pet and family friendly.

Your Little Compton adventure begins at this welcoming 4-bedroom farmhouse built in 1700. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for the whole family. Even your pets are welcome! There is a pet fee however. ($20/per night/per pet. So if you do plan on bringing any pets, please make sure to check the "traveling with pets" box when booking, so the appropiate fee can be applied. Thank you. We can't wait to host you in this fantastic property. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

We really loved our stay at Ian’s place. The house has so much character. Our kids had such fun exploring the hidden staircase and little nooks only an old home has. It was super clean, beds were comfy, and communication was top notch. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wow. What a beautiful property in a beautiful setting. This house was perfect for our family of 6 to visit local beaches, nature centers, historical sites and so much more. Our host was very very responsive and clearly cares a lot about making sure guests have a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this house.

We LOVE this house. The house itself is beautiful - we love the old farmhouse architecture, layout, and interior features. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is perfect for pulling together vacation meals. The patio and yard are perfect. The location is fantastic. The host was generous with information and super responsive. We appreciate the lack of cheesy mottoes and useless knickknacks and most of all appreciate the lack of air fresheners. Highly recommended!

Lovely home to rent in an incredible area. We stayed here with 4 adults and an almost 2 year old, and our dog for a wedding. The house is old and charming and beds were comfortable, AC units in rooms worked well. Outdoor shower was such a treat on the sunny days we had. Went for some nice early morning walks off side roads. Great beaches nearby. Had a few questions and Ian got back to us immediately. Reminded us of vacation rentals we had growing up. Highly reccomend!

This is a really lovely farm house, well situated in LC. It’s clean and well cared for and just a quick distance from great beaches, trails, restaurants, and shops. The AC window units worked well to cool down the house, even on really hot days. And the outdoor shower is great! Our only issue was with the WiFi, which essentially did not work. My husband and I were both needing to do a little work here and there during our week in LC and we were not able to even open emails. Ian was great and tried to help us. And we figured out places to go to get on better WiFi. Overall, it was a great week!

So no AC at all. Place was dirty. Spider webs in stairways. Back door lock was broken. Cupboards were dirty and rust rings on shelves. Dogs next door barked all the time and one even came into house. Will never book again.
