This 4 bedroom 2 bath home sleeps 13 is within walking distance to the ocean, approximately 160 yds. Large upstairs bedrooms boast 2 queen beds, 3 doubles and one single. The master bedroom is located downstairs and features a king bed. This home also has upstairs and downstairs decks, full size washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen with gas grill downstairs. Parking is available for up to 4 cars onsite with overflow parking available. Parking fees are handled by Ocean Lakes. The golf cart makes travel throughout the campground fun and entertaining. Ocean lakes offers 3 pools, waterpark, basketball courts, putt putt course, arcade, skateboard park, horseshoes, and countless other activities.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is nice and has plenty of space. It is located on a quiet street close to the beach. The owner is very easy to get in touch with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I highly recommend staying here! The house is very nice and clean. Especially great having the golf cart included so you have it until you leave, not having to worry about turning in the rental and not having it the rest of your last day. We ran into a small snag which wasn’t a problem but just wanted to mention because the owner was more than great to work with and quickly had everything taken care of for us! Amazing in every way, you won’t regret renting here!!!

Roomy house close to beach access

The owner of the home was very attentive to our questions and he contacted us before we arrived to make the transition smooth.The golf cart was so nice and convenient to get around the campground. The house had everything needed for family meals and comfortable living.

We love Halloweekends!

We stayed here for the first weekend in October! We had a blast! Close to the beach and seemed to be a quiet area. The kids had a blast! Would stay there again plenty of room for our two little families and the rooms are very spacious!

Wonderful trip. This house was in a quiet location of the park and about a mile bike ride to the water park. House had large rooms and plenty of beds. The 2 porches were perfect on rainy nights. There is plenty of parking and the golf cart included was a MUST!! The host was very friendly and quick to respond. We will be back.

Pricing was amazing!

My family and I booked this property because the golf cart was included with the price. We looked at multiple houses and chose this one. The price can’t be beat as close to the beach as we were. The house was clean and had multiple beds which was great for the kids. The owners were nice and accommodating we could have arrived early as it was already ready before 4. I would definitely consider renting this house again.

Great house and nice quiet location close to beach

Loved our stay here and plan on coming back next year. Super happy the house was pet friendly and our pups were able to join us. We were able to fit 4 vehicles under the house which was great. Our family of 12 fit in the space easily. The house had everything we needed for our 5 day trip! Enjoyed evenings in the porch and morning walks to beach.

1175 House

Overall had a great stay. Great location, close proximity to the beach. The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay immensely. If I had to critique, They can update the grill and maybe get some new pans for the kitchen. Other than that everything was as expected. Tim the owner contacted me and was very helpful with everything needed to get to the property and get in and he let me in a little early which was nice because I arrived unexpectedly early.

Annual Family Vacation

We plan a vacation on Fall Break every year In October. The past 2 years we have used this property because of the price, the easy access to the beach, and the location includes the use of the golf cart. The only problem with this location is the furniture needs to be replaced. It is extremely uncomfortable. Also, the dryer takes forever to dry the clothes.

The location was ideal, the house was not.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is nice, fairly close to the beach and pool. However, the house needs a lot of work. The carpet was filthy, the kitchen and bathroom floors turned our feet black. The front porch leaked on us so we could not even enjoy sitting on the porch. I chose this house because we have small children that we knew would be all over the floor, the pictures made it look nice and clean, it is not. The owner was very nice and easy to work with, but unfortunately the house needs a lot of TLC.

Jonathan, Thank you for the feedback. We work hard maintain our properties and I apologize for the carpets being dirty. I would have been happy to send someone over to address the floors if I had known at the beginning of your stay. We have them steam cleaned at the beginning of every summer and early fall and vacuumed every week. Unfortunately the dark sand that is picked up on our guest feet throughout the summer stains the carpet. We have planned to replace the bottom floor with a laminate at the end of the summer which should be a cleaner surface. Also, we fully intend on putting a covered porch on top of the second floor which should prevent the leaking of water through the deck. Again, thank you for the feed back and we will work harder to improve. Tim

Ocean Lanes Awesome Rental unit not so nice

Very disappointed in the condition of the unit we rented Very dirty and in need of daily maintenance After complaining on arrival owner replaced refrigerator and cleaned oven Smoke detector battery beeping Owner said someone would be over to change the battery but no one showed up Brother pulled battery out as the beeping was driving us crazy Porch railings in need of repair Golf cart dirty and very shabby condition Vent over dinning table spewing dirt and dust Just so many issues Don’t know why we are charged a cleaning fee We left the place in far better condition than we found it

We strive to provide an excellent vacation experience which is generally exhibited in our 4.8 star overall rating. Because you had so many issues, I personally drove three hours on Sunday morning to address the problems. The refrigerator was working properly but I had it on the schedule to replace at the end of the season so I went ahead and replaced it. I will acknowledge that the house was not cleaned to our normal standards but when I left thought any concerns you had were addressed and taken care of. Even your friend who stopped by while I was their commented on how nice the place was and asked for information about renting. Again, I apologize for your disappointment and we will use your feedback to improve upon our property. Tim
