Arundel-Turn of the century spacious classic summer home

Historic Cottage on Peaks Island. Set on a large, quiet lot with grand old oaks, this spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bath home has been recently updated. The five bedroom include a main floor bedroom (twin) next to a full bathroom.
Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, one king, one queen, two twins and one twin. The king and queen bedrooms have sinks in the room. There is a full bath with a tub on the second floor.
It is a ten minute walk to ferry and all village amenities, and a five minute stroll to the town beach. We are dog friendly with owner permission and a pet deposit.
