Outdoor living
Step onto the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee and watch the light shift across the open plains. As the day unfolds, gather in the private hot tub to soak while the sky turns golden at dusk. A fire pit invites conversation and stargazing once night falls, while the BBQ grill and outdoor furniture provide the perfect setup for dinners enjoyed with prairie breezes. Whether it’s roasting marshmallows or quietly taking in the stillness of the surroundings, the outdoor space is made for slowing down and connecting.

Inside, the home balances rustic warmth with modern style. The main living room features high ceilings, wood-beam accents, and large windows that frame the landscape while filling the space with natural light. Comfortable seating makes it easy to relax together, while the downstairs living area doubles as a movie room with plush furnishings and a large-screen TV. It’s the perfect spot for family movie nights or a cozy retreat on quieter evenings.

Sleeping arrangements
With five bedrooms and six beds, the home is designed to accommodate groups of up to eleven guests. The primary suite includes a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub, offering a peaceful place to unwind. Three additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while the fifth room includes both a full and a twin bed, making it ideal for families traveling with children. Blackout curtains, soft linens, and thoughtful touches throughout ensure restful nights.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms provide space and convenience for larger groups. The ensuite bath in the primary suite includes a tub, while the other two bathrooms are equipped with shower/tub combos. Each bathroom is stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer, making it easy to settle in without having to bring along the basics.

Kitchen and dining
Cooking together is a highlight at Ayu Ranch. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a granite island, and all the cooking basics, from pots and pans to spices and coffee. A dining table offers plenty of room to gather for shared meals, whether it’s a quick breakfast before exploring Cheyenne or a home-cooked dinner after a long day.

Ayu Ranch was designed with gathering in mind. With two living areas, space for up to eleven guests, and both indoor and outdoor amenities, it’s well-suited for families, groups of friends, or multi-generational stays. Additional conveniences include high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and a contactless check-in process. Families traveling with children will also appreciate thoughtful extras such as a pack ’n play, high chair, and children’s books and toys.

Though the ranch feels secluded, it’s only a short drive from Cheyenne’s best attractions. Explore the Nelson Museum of the West, the Wyoming State Museum, or the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens, each less than twenty minutes away. For seasonal events, the Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo grounds are just twenty minutes from the property, while Happy Jack Road offers a scenic drive through wide-open Wyoming landscapes.
