Karezip, located 100 meters away from the main gate of the University of Seoul in Dongdaemungu, is not only in walking distance from subway line no.1 Cheongryangri Station, but easily accessible via many bus lines. You can enjoy easy access to major tourist attractions in Seoul by Seoul Metro, bus, and even taxi at low prices.

Newly and directly constructed in 2016 by the host who majored in design, Karezip is full of awesome design features from Japanese style cuisine bistro on the 1st floor to a small lawn space on top of the building. It may look small at first glance, yet we have put much efforts in creating a place that can please your eyes.
Come and visit us! We are the best fit for couples, business travelers and family travelers with kids.

Located in a university town of Dongdaemun district, every place in downtown is easily accessible. You can experience the exuberant spirits of young students as well as antique atmosphere of old downtown. Large campus of the University of Seoul is great for taking a stroll and prices are relatively reasonable compared to other areas of Seoul.
Within 3-minute-walking distance to the University of Seoul, pubs, restaurants and cafes of different ambience are in your reach. A convenience store(SEVEN ELEVEN) is right in front of the building.

The apartment was easy to find. It was clean and offered a nice space for our group of 2.We didnt really have a need for the kitchen facilities due to our schedule but when we made ramen...chopsticks and spoons were available We would definitely stay at the apartment again. Several bus routes made it easy to get to the main markets for shopping and food.

It was close to bus stops and walking distance to train/subway. If you have bad knees etc might want to check to see if you can get a lower floor there's no elevator.

The property was cute and used the space creatively. Even though the property was small, it had everything we needed, including two bathrooms, a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and washer (no dryer). There wasn't too much storage space, but we had what we needed.

Excellent Location, aircon good four flights of stairs as on lift.

Small but comfortable. Lacked sufficient cutlery and dishes. Everything else was provided. BBQ area up stairs needed maintenance. Buses out the front of the property were excellent, major shopping centre and train station with 7 minutes walk.

Family Trip

It took some understanding on the shower…as it was cold water only at first. Once we figured that out, all was good with it! It’s a little small, but since we were out and about almost all the days, it worked out. The price was great! The host got back to us promptly when we had a few questions the first days. I would suggest a couple of more bath towels and an additional bathroom water squigee to help dry the bathroom floor on the main floor. The supplied hangers were nice to hang some clothes and also hang them to dry after washing. Thanks for a great stay!

l’appartement est propre et modèle, proche du métro, il y a 2 salle de bain c’est bien , mais après le visite de la journée, il faut monter 4 étages c’est fatiguant, on mange à côté le lit un peu serré et un peu bizarre…. l’appartement c’est bien pour 2 personnes plus tôt, il y a quelques choses pour nous c’est très embêtant c’est la petite chambre de climatiseur qui fait beaucoup de bruit , ça embête beaucoup pour dormir, et le rideau pas assez épais, très lumineux le matin…..
