Nestled near Greenville, this charming house offers a peaceful retreat for guests. With 1 cozy bedroom featuring a queen bed and a relaxing bathtub in the bathroom, this property is perfect for a quiet and enjoyable stay. Feel at home with amenities like AC, heating, a washing machine, WiFi, and an iron. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located just outside of Greenville, Texas, 15 minutes from Hunt Regional Medical Center, L-3 Harris, and East Texas A&M University. Welcome Home! sits near the end of a county road with very little traffic. Its scenic pasture view is second to none in Northeast Texas, with cows, trees, ponds, and wildlife in abundance. It is quiet, secluded, and private. This a brand new build, completed by a professional remodeler. It is very unique and clean.
