Walking Distance to Campus 3/2, newly renovated and professionally decorated!
Discover the convenience of this 3-bedroom/2 bath home in Bryan, College Station. Just a short walk or bike ride to campus for games and events. This home has just been completely remodeled and professionally decorated with high-end linens, new furniture/mattresses and a gourmet kitchen. The layout of the home allows guests to be together in a large living, dining and sitting area or one can close the door to the hall that leads to the 3 bedrooms for additional privacy. We decided to keep the original tile in the bathrooms, but both are completely functional. The backyard is huge and has an outdoor table with seating and a new Weber charcoal grill for outdoor dining. Guests can relax in the fabulous living spaces and enjoy the excellent location for exploring the city. There is ample parking for 8 guests. We look forward to hosting you at the Gig'em Getaway!
