The listed space is a private basement. It has one large bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed. The bathroom has a shower and laundry. The living room has a couch and a futon (full bed). The kitchenette has a toaster oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils.

12 stairs are required to access the space.

The upstairs is cat friendly but completely blocked off from guest access areas. The kitties will not have access to any of the shared spaces during your stay.

Smoking is only permitted in outdoor spaces. Please fully extinguish and place the remains in the can provided next to the trash can.
