its a great historic house with a large living space. Everything is updated. walking distance to downtown and the river. We were in town for a funeral and visiting relatives so we only used the house for sleeping, showering and getting dressed. the house was clean and well stocked with towels and everything we needed. I would stay there again.
Everything was super easy and the communication was great! The house is beautiful, the ceilings are so tall. We used the front stoop a lot. The third bedroom was a little strange for a third couple, so we opted to stay on the couches. Overall would return to the same place! Walking distance to downtown was fantastic!
The Peter Hill home is a cool old building! It’s been rehabbed very nicely and was a comfortable place for our family of 7 to cook, eat and hang around. We loved being within walking distance to the Carnegie Museum and the river walk and marina. It was just a short trip to Pine Grove Park and Light House beach. It was a great little get away for us! It’s a newer listing and there are just a few things that I’m sure the owner will get worked out very quickly. He was responsive and helpful.
