Ruby’s Haus is a cozy escape in the mountains, and minutes from downtown Helen. This quaint little cabin was just the right size for Hubby, me, and the pups. Check in was easy with the door code and WiFi password sent shortly before we arrived. Detailed instructions were also sent on how to use the amenities provided. The cabin was clean and well stocked and we felt right at home. This was our first time renting a cabin and we couldn’t be more pleased. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Host was very welcoming. The cabin was great. The amenities were good, but wish we had known there were no dish towels for the kitchen so we could have brought our own. Also wish there had been some regular cereal bowls not just salad bowls. But other than those 2 things, it was very nice and we really enjoyed the weekend. And the hot tub was awesome.

Very Nice and Clean

We had a wonderful stay. It's was close to everything we wanted to do and see. Well kept and the A/C was well appreciated. Very nice, affordable and 2-5 miles from everything. We went zip lining and I highly recommend it.

Some great points and some not so much. Bed was outstanding, communication was outstanding. Water was an issue, almost like air in pipes if you flushed or turned on sinks the water sprayed and stopped and sprayed again but eventually worked. Inside was clean however patio hot tub area needs some tlc a pressure washer, it was very dusty, dirty and there was a strong odor of pets. Overall for the price it was good.
