A private neighborhood trail provides a 5 min walk walk to hiking/biking and the town's splendor. The perfect get-away!

The house was perfect for our family of 6! The home itself is in a quiet neighborhood with great views out the windows and from the deck. Access to the 63 mile long Eagle Vail Trail is a 2 minute walk away. Restaurants, shops, coffee shops & a small grocery store are a 10-15 minute walk away. It is exactly what I was hoping for from our mountain vacation. Owner was super easy to work with and responded quickly. Would absolutely recommend!

First of all, this house is GORGEOUS. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is amazing. We were here for the weekend for the Vail Cup soccer tournament, and we couldn't have asked for a better home to relax in after our games. With that said, there were some cleanliness issues. One of the pans was just tossed in the drawer after it appeared to be cooked in. Some of the countertops were not wiped down. There were a few items in the home that were hanging on by a thread. We were hoping for it to be furnished a little more on the cookware side of things, but we made it work. All small things in the grand scheme of things. Would definitely stay here again!
