Gracias por haberse hospedado con nosotros. Siempre buscamos ofrecer un espacio limpio y acogedor, y lamentamos saber que su experiencia no cumplió completamente con sus expectativas. El apartamento es completamente nuevo y fue preparado con mucho cuidado para su llegada, por lo que si hubo algún detalle que no estuvo a la altura, realmente hubiera agradecido la oportunidad de resolverlo durante su estadía. Al finalizar su estancia, notamos algunos daños en el apartamento. Entendemos que pueden ocurrir imprevistos, pero la comunicación abierta nos ayuda a mantener el espacio en excelentes condiciones para que futuros huéspedes también lo disfruten. Gracias nuevamente, y le deseamos lo mejor en sus futuros viajes.
