There is parking at Phoenix East II as well (one parking pass for one-bedroom units and two parking passes for two- and three-bedroom units), so you can easily hop in the car and explore Orange Beach, neighboring Perdido Key, and even Gulf Shores. The Wharf, Adventure Island, and Gulf State Park are all nearby, on top of so many other things – restaurants, grocery stores, shops, marinas, arcades, mini golf, amusement parks, and more!

On the east end of Orange Beach just before The Pass, you’re also just a stone’s throw from the Florida border, where you can enjoy live music at the world-famous Flora-Bama beach bar and dine at Flora-Bama Yacht Club and Ole River Grill.

Parking is limited. A one bedroom condo will be issued one (1) car pass. A two or three bedroom will be issued a maximum of two (2) car passes.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
