Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Text host when you leave. Remove all trash and place in the provided bins outside. Do not strip the beds or roll up the linens. Wash and put away all used dishes and kitchen amenities.
Close windows/doors and lock exterior doors. SUMMER: Turn AC to 80 degrees. WINTER: Set the heat to 60 degrees.
Turn off all TVs, lights and fans. Secure all additional external doors. Be sure the main door is closed behind you when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Mirror description of listing. Very easy to work with/communication quick response. Location was walking distance to downtown with many shops/eateries. Turkey Run 10 min drive along with other small towns. Kitchen had many of the basics which was helpful. Highly recommend!

With 3 State Parks, two lakes, a lively courthouse square and many other small town amenities throughout, we are certain you’ll love your time here.

We own and operate both Sandusky Properties and Sandusky Repair. Neysa is the director of Parke County Incorporated, a local organization that operates the Visitors Center and coordinates the Parke County Covered Bridge festival (along with many other events). Cullen works full time managing the shop. We love spending time with our daughter Harlynn and we enjoy being involved in the community as members of many local organizations.

We are available anytime to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you have any issues at all, please contact us immediately so that we can take care of the problem. We are most accessible by text.
