Our spacious 3-bed, 3-bath home offers a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Conveniently located near town, the Bourbon Trail, Golf Courses, Race Tracks, and Gallrein Farms, it's the perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure. We're a working farm so expect to see tractors and harvesting taking place during your stay at this quaint and cozy farm!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all sheets from the bed and place them on the floor in a pile. Place the towels that you used on the floor in the bathroom.
Please remove the kitchen trash and place it in the outside trash bin on the side of the garage.
If you utilized the table top fire pit, place the glass fire barrier back in the corner of the deck and replace the table cover. Clean grill and replace the grill cover if you utilized the grill.
