Great home in the suburbs

Our family was in town for the weekend. This was a great home with plenty of space, very clean home, and close to alot of shopping and attractions. The hot was a very nice bonus. Great communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again

Host cancelled 12hrs before check in

I will give the benefit of the doubt here but the host cancelled my reservation 12hrs before our check in and didn’t offer a solution - their AC was down. I was left to scramble as everything was booked by then. I know things happen and Fair warning - get the vrbo insurance if you’re booking this property. Host was communicative and unfortunately we were the unlucky ones. Hope it doesn’t happen again.
