Relax at this centrally located home within walking distance of the beach and minutes from popular attractions. Family and Friends will love the extra amenities we've added such as an outdoor bar area, fire pit, ping pong table, cornhole boards, grill, board games, beach supplies, bicycles and more. The home is fully stocked and furnished with everything you will need for a great get away.

When you arrive at the home you will notice how close the home is to the beach and other popular attractions. With a short walk or bicycle ride to the beach or Waffle house which is located on our same street its easy to get replenished after traveling to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. As you exit your vehicle you will notice that the home can fit up to 5 vehicles in the driveway or parked on the street. Once you enter this three bedroom and two bathroom home, you will see the open living room and kitchen concept with the fireplace and easy access to the bedrooms. With King, Queen, and full beds in the bedrooms along with smart TV's in every bedroom and the living room there are plenty of places for family and friends to spread out. If you need an additional bed feel free to use the Queen Size Air Mattress and the extra bedding we provide. With modern appliances, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans you are now ready explore the rest of the property. After you have seen the two full bathrooms, one with an elegant soaking tub and the other with a spacious shower, its time to checkout the back yard. As you enter the fully fenced back yard and pass by the grill, fire pit and outdoor seating, you head towards the game room located in the separate building. When you arrive, you see the outdoor bar area, ping pong table and many other amenities that will keep the friends and family entertained for days. This really is the perfect home for your next get away.

Guests have access to the entire property including the front and back yard. The only access not available to guests is the small owners closet were we keep supplies. The entire property is only accessed by our guests.

At all our properties, we feature easy self checkins but if you ever need anything, we are only a message away.

If your arriving early and the house is available we will be glad to give you an early check in or make arrangements that fit for you.

The afternoon before check-in a random door code will be generated. It will be sent to you along with other check-in instructions around 5pm. We offer an easy self check-in!

Please no smoking in our home. We have worked hard to get this home and would like to keep it as nice as it currently is. You will be satisfied! There is plenty of seating in the front or back yard for smoking.

There are two security cameras on the entry ways to the house. These cameras record 24/7 for security purposes only. There are no cameras inside of the home, only on the exterior.
