This charming and spacious 3-bed, 2-bath home has been renovated and designed with modern living in mind, blending comfort with convenience for an exceptional living experience. The property’s single-floor layout promotes easy accessibility and a cozy ambiance, ideal for families, professionals, or adventurers seeking a home that caters to privacy and comfort.

This home is comprised of a primary bedroom with king bed, that has an en suite bathroom for two complete with bluetooth mirrors.
The other two rooms provide comfortable queen beds. Both bathrooms have heated floors.
Guests can enjoy games throughout or watch a movie on the projector in the living room with streaming capabilities.
If you would rather be outside, please enjoy relaxing on the front porch or walking to the nearby park or eateries on the Beltline.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Don't worry about gathering any of the sheets or linens.
Please make sure all trash has been thrown into a trash receptacle somewhere in the house and is not left out.
Please place dirty dishes in the dish washer. Add a dishwasher pod from under the sink and press start to begin the wash prior to leaving the house. Most importantly relax and have a wonderful day!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not mess with or take anything out of the projector box at any time. Please contact the owner with any issues you may be experiencing.
Upon check-out please place all used dishes and utensils in the dish washer, place a detergent pod from under the sink in to and run the wash.
Upon check-out please ensure that all trash is placed in one of the trash cans provided throughout the house and lock both the front and rear doors.

The host is amazing! We rented the property due to a film members discharge after an organ transplant, and the house was very easy for her to maneuver around. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Atlanta area.

Wonderful!

The house was clean and inviting. It was surprisingly quiet, despite the location being on a main road and close to town. The location is great, only takes a few minutes to get to downtown. Evan was a great host, he was helpful with recommendations and very responsive to questions.

Very fun and comfortable stay! The home is very cozy and elegant. It was stocked with everything we needed for our short stay. The owner, Evan, was very helpful and trustworthy. the only downside is that the neighborhood is a little sketchy and it is a bit tricky backing out of the driveway but I would definitely recommend this home if you are staying in atlanta!
