Great location and property. However there is an issue with the showers in almost every bathroom shower. There is something wrong with the shower valves that don't allow water temperature adjustment. Only scalding hot water comes out. Beware! Dangerous situation. Also, next door neighbor has issues. He warned us the 1st night to keep the noise down even though we were very quiet as we are senior citizens. The 2nd night he called the police and they came out but assured us that we were being quiet and that he does this all the time. The police apparently told him to stop calling them with false alarms. Several neighbors told us he has issues. Although the property is very nice, there are things that need fixing. The fridge door handle is very loose, the pillows are not comfortable and need to be replaced with a better grade. MYPillow.com would be a big improvement! Stair case has an illusion as the wood is a near match and my wife fell and was injured. It's a crazy illusion that we all noticed. All in all we had a great week!

The home was as beautiful and well designed as the photos show with space for everyone and everything. It was private oasis on the beautiful channel that offered a private beach, boat dock, dolphin sightings, and storybook sunsets. Highly recommend for large gatherings.
