Dock side studio with water views!

This new one room studio sits inside the Edwin B Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge and is a bird watchers paradise with 366 species of birds observed and documented here.Look up Edwin B Forsythe and you will see info on the visitor center with walking trails.) Steps to a private dock for crabbing, fishing or your water toys. Tranquility abounds but close to AC, Brigantine, Historic Port Republic & Smithville Village!
The space
Billie’s on the water: The studio includes water views, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, hot plate,coffee maker, toaster air fryer& a crockpot) and is full of natural light. The private deck has a table and chairs for dining. The sunset views are spectacular.
There’s a smart tv with WIFI.
Steps to the Mottscreek Inn for dockside dining & live music or fishing off their pier!
I have 3 private docks in my backyard for excellent crabbing and fishing. Port Republic swimming park is 4.8 miles away. Parking for 1-2 cars. If needed I have an extra long driveway for vehicles with trailers.

Your own private studio with a deck and 3 boat slips. The deck is for your own private use.
Other things to note
Provided for you are linens, pillows, towels for showering, dishes, silverware, charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal) & grilling utensils. I have a toaster, air fryer, hot plate, crockpot and classic drip coffee pot with filters as well as a keurig. Sorry there is no stove/oven but there are many wonderful restaurants/eateries close by.

Turn off the lights and return the keys
No need to make the bed or take out the trash. Make sure all wet towels are off the floor. You can place them in the shower. Leave leftover food in the refrigerator and housekeeping will dispose
Be sure to power everything off including the AC/heat, coffee maker and lights. Do not lock the door. Leave the key in the drawer where you found it. If you moved furniture, return it to its original.
Let me know when you’ve left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Turn off deck light once tucked in for the night
Smoking only permitted outside. Please make sure to put your cigarette completely out as to not start a marsh fire.
