I”ve been in the rental business for almost 40 years. All my places are decorated to the max and everything you would possibly need from beach towells to wine waiting for you. Linens are top notch and you will find your place very clean and tidy. I have a notebook with all the restaurants you should visit and places to go . Barbecue grill awaits you and large lobster pot if your staying in for the night .
Why they chose this property
My dad inherited the farm in Rockport where he grew up. He was only child and we had a blast there as kids. The farm has been in our family for about 105 years so we have many fond memories here. Dad gave us all lots on the farm and i built a beautiful house on my lot about 7 years ago. I converted my garage into a beautiful one bedroom apartment .
What makes this property unique
Very quiet but in 5 minutes or so you can be in downtown Camden, Rockport or Rockland for many great restaurants.
