Villa “Rose” is a three-storey luxury home and consists of 4 bedrooms (1 with en-suite), large living room with a fireplace, dining-room, open kitchen, and loft. The attic bedroom has dimensions (4.30m x 4.80m) and the ceiling height varies: Hmin: 0.90m and Hmax: 1.88m. We recommend this room for children. The villa contains two double and two twin bedrooms, which is ideal for families, friends, couples who are looking for a relaxing holiday.

The villa also has a utility room with a washing machine, iron and a iron board. The house has verandas with panoramic views to the Ionian sea, Nidri village, Vlycho Bay and to the islands (Scorpios of Onassis the Famous Magnate Shipping, Meganissi and Ithaca). The villa has 2 private swimming pools (separate for adults and kids), garden, Jacuzzi and Private Parking. The villa is fully air-conditioned and Self-catering.
The villa is located just five minutes (by car) from the beach. It has balcony and verandas for al fresco dining.

There are plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
The property is located in a mountainous region which is perfect for those who like walking and hiking.

Other Activities: Folklore Festival taking place every summer in the town of Lefkada. Annual sailing week takes place in Lefkada. There are daily cruises from Nidri to Scorpios Island and to the nearby islands.

Super hillside location near Nydri

My partner and I had a wonderful week long stay at the villa. The house can cater for a large family but also for a couple. Beautiful house, large pool, relaxing indoor and outdoor areas. Great communication and engagement with the family who manage 3 properties on the secure complex. Ideally need a car, less than 10mins to Nydri. We really enjoyed the villa, facilities, location and views. We hope to return on our next trip to Lefkada

Stunning villa and location with outstanding views

The external areas of the villa and the views could not be beaten, however the air conditioning was not up to scratch and was never able to cool the rooms. Having said that we would return.

Beautifully spacious and well-maintained luxury villa with lots of seating/lounging areas to suit all guests. Service through Nadia and Marie excellent. You could never tire of the stunning vistas of the islands.

Excellent place to spend your holiday.

Villa Rose is perfect - we just have spent 6 days in this beautiful place. Nadia and the family are the perfect landlords - we had a very efficient communication before, during and after our stay. We had a very warm welcome from them and we had the chance to taste couple of homemade drinks and sweets during our check in. Perfect view, excellent maid service, kitchen fully equipped - it wasn't anything that we want and we couldn't find. We highly recommend Villa Rose!! Nadia and the family - thank you for everything and we wish we will see you soon.

Excellent choice

A special choice for your summer vacations at Lefkada. Very nice view at Nidri and Scorpios island The villa is very spacious with a very nice swimming pool. Its ideal for family with small children or a big company of 8 persons.

VERY PLEASANT VILLA WITH EXCELLENT VIEWS

The villa is situated on a hilltop above Nidri village. The views of Nidri beach and the surrounding islands is amazing. There is a prize of course for these views as the road to the villa is dirt and very much uphill. The layout is convenient with two bedrooms downstairs, one on the first floor and one (not so comfortable) at the attic. The hosts have been very good and have attended to all our needs and remarks. I would reccomend the villa and the island to anyone interested in a nice relaxing holiday

Great holiday in Geece

We had a great time at amalia villas. The house was very beautiful, spacious and clean. The outside section with the big pool was stunning. Especially the view. Also the owners were very nice and caring. Altogether it was a great holiday and we can highly recommend this place for groups or families up to 8 people.

I don't think I can adequately put into words how amazing our holiday was! We stayed at the Villa rose the last week in September, first week in October of this year. We had fantastic weather the entire time. I can not fault the villa at all. The facilities were better than described. The pictures although fantastic really don't show how amazing the villa is. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Nadia and Marie the owners have thought of everything. They are so helpful and dealt with any queries we had very quickly! They really do everything they can to help their guests feel at home. Simple things like providing dishwasher tablets and washing powder etc is all taken care of. They also went above and beyond helping us when we had a 12 hour delay coming home! We can't thank them enough! I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a nice relaxing holiday in an amazing location.

Perfect holiday

Perfect place to stay all day, perfect base from where to explore this part of Lefkas and its the beaches. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and complete. The pool is huge, has comfortable chairs, and is cleaned every day. Lots of privacy, amazing views on the port, Nydri, Meganissi, Skorpios. The property is owned and run by two young ambitious sisters, who try their best to make your holiday a memorable one. We stayed in Villa Rose with our 2 little kids who loved the house for its possibilities to play hide and seek. Tip: when you drive up the dirt road to the property in the evening, look out for a little fox (he/she is lovely...)!

Villa Rose

There was a total of 6 people that stayed in Villa Rose for 1 week and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The views were amazing and the pool is even bigger than it looks on the pictures. Each of the bedrooms were spacious and we all ended up having our own bathrooms per couple. We hired quad bikes for the week which made it easier to get around as it is quite far up the mountain. We did walk to Nidri town a couple of times which only took around 20-30 mins each way. Overall it was a beautiful villa and wish I was still there now, if I get the chance in the future to visit again I would definitely go.

Holiday in Villa Rose

We spent a really good time in Villa Rose.The Villa was beautiful even better than the photos!The villa is very comfortable,modern and clean.It has everything you need.We were 8 people and we had really enjoyed our staying in the villa.I reccomend this villa to anyone who wants to spent great holidays in a great place.The view is fantastic and the people are very professionals and nice.We hope we will come back soon!
