AC is terrible. Window units and there isn't a unit in a bedroom. Only received two bath towels on each bed. No hand towels or washcloths. No fan for room without AC. Patio door to balcony wouldn't lock. Couches and dining table chairs are filthy. It is not like pictured. Would have left after arriving but didn't have other options.

Very nice and convenient place to stay. Central Park is just across the street. The beds are so comfortable and nice to have 2 bathrooms with 3 women getting ready.

Carmen was beyond gracious and allowed us to check in early for my daughter’s 21st birthday celebration. The apartment had everything we could possibly need. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was good. It was located very near to subway systems for easy transportation and across the street from Central Park on the Harlem side. During our stay, the temperature was very hot and unfortunately the window AC units were unable to keep up with the heat making the nights uncomfortable. Fans would have been handy during our stay. The biggest complaint is the cleanliness. There was dust on the surfaces and the floor was not clean. There was food stuck on the couch and stains on the rugs and seated surfaces. The laundry room smelled very musty. There were several live bugs including a rather large cockroach in the bathroom. There was a half a roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms. We did have to supply additional toward the end of our stay. There were no paper towels as stated in the description.

Great location, walk across the street and you are in Central Park. Added bonus, the condo is on the top floor with partial views of Central Park. 7 minute walk to the subway with express routes to midtown. Beds were very comfortable and each room has individual heating:cooling. The only negative was the kitchen did not have a toaster, and we like to have breakfast in the condo.

Our stay was really good!At the beginning I was worried because I had a different address in my check in vs the address sent in the messages.EVERYTHING was good the host responded to me asap so we had that sorted out. It is on the top floor just as described there is a beautiful view of sunrise over the side of Central Park and Harlem from the balcony!You can even see the skating rink in Central Park.Only things that could have been better, the towels are in need of replacing just a little old and worn for my liking. But minor details.It’s right nearby the subway so we traveled the subway all times of the day. It was a great location for the price and you get a good size apartment.Photos are from the guest room and the balcony

We canceled our reservation to this property day of after arriving on site to find that the property was falsely represented, the description of the property was not true to the write up. It was not a penthouse, it was in the heart of Harlem…in an unsafe area and the apartment was not allowed to be listed as a VRBO. We want a full refund.

The place was filthy, dirty pads in the trash, dirty dishes in the bedroom dresser, floors weren't swept, everything covered in dust. Heat wouldn't turn off, it was 80 degrees outside and easily 90 degrees in the unit. Ac units were still winterized so ac wasn't working, our first 3 days were miserable. Host couldn't have cared less! We contacted Maintenance ourselves after she lied that her cleaning lady was going to meet them to have the heat looked at. Maintenance ended up disconnecting the heat and then removing the backing on the ac units so they'd work. Area is bad! Especially walking from the subway to the building at night. Even at 10 am you're walking past groups on men hanging out on the corner to get to the subway. She changed the address on us the day we checked in. The pictures in the listing are of the unit but cleaned up by AI. There were no paper towels, and a whopping 6 towels in the entire unit. When I mentioned this to the host she said yes 6 towels because the unit holds 6 people!!! So I got to do laundry on vacay so we had clean towels for the stay. Do yourself a favor and find another place! Don't let the pictures of the nice decor fool you! The unit is ran down! The building smells, the kitchen drain smells, and there are better places to stay!
