* No unregistered visitors or gatherings without prior approval

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels
Please put all the dirty towels in the bathtub
Throw trash away
Put all trash in the kitchen garbage or in the large patio garbage
Please start a load of one set of sheets on “hot”. The washer can only handle one set.
All dirty dishes should be loaded in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
Kitchen should be clean and refrigerator/ freezer should be emptied of all guest food and drinks.
Make sure the hot tub buckles are secured.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are both Utah natives who love Orem. We recently moved (from another Orem location) into this home and we inherited this amazing guest suite in our basement. It has gotten high reviews under the previous owner and we are excited to keep it going. We spent a lot of our childless years traveling and now that we are parents to toddlers, we love making the most of living in Orem and having travelers come to us! Sunny speaks French and some Spanish and Eric speaks Spanish.
