Ocean view Princeville condo at Sealodge II -- Newly Renovated
Enjoy an unobstructed million dollar ocean view, spectacular sunrises, and access to secluded 'Sealodge Beach' via the nearby trailhead.
This recently renovated multi-level two bedroom condo features vaulted ceilings in the downstairs living room and upstairs bedroom, two private bathrooms, a punee (Hawaiian day bed) window area, and lanai (balcony) all with incredible unobstructed views of Anini reef, Kiluea Lighthouse, and the infinite Pacific Ocean.
A full kitchen features stainless steel LG appliances and a dishwasher.
The upstairs loft bedroom has two twin beds, ideal for kids older than 10 years (younger children not permitted, as the loft bedroom does not have a door at the top of the stairs), and a full bathroom.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and extra windows ( compared to other two bedroom units at Sealodge II ) for an even more expansive ocean view.

We are so excited to share with you our family’s small island Ke Hale (home) in this tropical paradise. We absolutely love the sunrises, crashing waves and rainbows from the lanai. We watch for soaring albatross, breaching whales, swimming honu
(turtles) and the local chicken and nene geese visitors. We have hosted guests in our family condo since 2021. We believe that the vast majority of visitors to Kauai are extremely thoughtful and kind people (ho‘ohanohano) and we have written a very comprehensive rental agreement and 'house rules' (which include many of the condo HOA's 'house rules' as well) so there is full transparency and a common understanding between host and guest. Our family condo is not a hotel, nor is it a fancy AirBnB. It is where we live and we want to share its beauty with you.
We ask that you carefully read through the rental agreement (which you'll be provided if you make an inquiry or booking) and accompanying 'house rules' and ask us any questions you have up front. Why they chose this property
Sealodge is located at the end of a private road off Kamehameha Road, so there is no traffic -- yet it is not far from the main road (Ka Haku) that runs through Princeville along the golf course.
Our condo has a prime location (you can located its exact location easily on G00GLE Maps just by searching for sealodgeh7 ) very close to the trailhead for Sealodge Beach.
Princeville itself offers many shops, restaurants, etc. but we encourage you to explore nearby Hanalei and Kiluea (advanced reservations are easily obtained for the lighthouse). We chose Princeville due to its proximity to Anini Beach, in addition to the secluded Sealodge Beach.

What makes this property unique
First and foremost, the "million dollar" ocean view makes our condo stand out from the rest. Few other units at Sealodge have a view as expansive and unobstructed as our unit. Additionally, being a two bedroom upstairs unit provides more privacy than ground-level units, in addition to high ceilings and no "upstairs" neighbor.
As mentioned previously, this is our family island home so it is not as sterile as a hotel or full-time vacation rental / AirBnB -- if you are looking for a hotel experience, Sealodge (in general) is probably not for you :-)
