Please make sure all windows are closed, patio doors are closed and locked.
Please put cover on outside BBQ grill and close Patio umbrella
Note: The garbage company collects trash every Monday and has access to the garage via side door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Fireplace: please do not use fireplace as it's out of commission
Thermostat: Do not set the AC below 69°F or the heat above 72°F to avoid stressing the system.
Damages/Issues: Report any damages or issues to the host as soon as possible.
